Education for the advancing balloon professional
Cindy has owned and operated her own balloon decorating company in Austin, Texas since 1987.
Cindy has been an instructor at several conventions since 1988, including IBA, IBAC, Balloon Camp, and Ballooniversity, as well as a member of the production staff. She has also worked as an instructor for several manufacturers. She has been a recurring contributor to several industry publications.
Cindy is a Certified Balloon Artist and a charter member of QBN.
